Registration
After registration you will receive a binding registration confirmation by e-mail. After receipt of the registration confirmation you are bindingly registered for the congress. After receiving the link to the payment modalities at the beginning of January 2024, you can then choose between the following payment options: PayPal or credit card payment via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account, accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard).

Invoicing
Please make sure that the stored data is entered correctly for the payment process. If your billing data differs from the registration data, please be sure to additionally enter the different billing address below. In case of subsequent correction of the invoice data we have to charge a processing fee of 25,- € plus 19 % VAT. Please transfer the participation fee upon receipt of the invoice, quoting the invoice number. Please pay the participation fee directly after receiving the payment link in early January 2024 and before the conference so that we can grant you admission.

Cancellation
A processing fee of € 50.00 plus 19 % VAT. will be charged if you cancel your participation by 05/01/2024 (only by mail to jhafpu@ovbraretvr.qr). If you cancel after the 05/01/2024 the full participation amount is due. Please give your full name, address and invoice number in case of a calculation. Alternatively, you can appoint a substitute participant without additional costs.

List of participants
If you have given your consent to the publication of your first name, surname and company affiliation on a list of participants when registering, we have noted this. This consent can be revoked at any time, provided that the Bundesverband Bioenergie e.V. (BBE) is informed of this in writing.

Privacy Policy
With the registration to the conference "Fuels of the Future" we collect and save the contact information you are entering in the registration form to communicate necessary conference information. You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request rectification, blocking of access to or erasure of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint (vasb@ovbraretvr.qr) if concerning these issues and if you have any further questions on the subject of data protection.

Declaration of consent photo, sound and and film recordings
Participants agree that photographs, sound recordings and film recordings may be made during the trade congress "Fuels of the Future 2024" on 22.01 and 23.01.2024 and at the Bioenergy Evening Reception on 22.01.2024. Should any of the participants expressly not wish this, they must declare this in writing before the start of the event, otherwise their consent shall apply. Photographs, sound recordings and films may be used by the organisers for documentation and public relations purposes.

Change of programme
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme due to current events. Further details of potential changes due to Covid-19 restrictions may follow. Should there be any official restrictions on the organisation of the conference due to Corona, the organisers reserve the right to change to a digital event format or to postpone the event.

Hygiene concept
Please note that the hygiene concept of BBE e.V. valid at the time of the event applies. Participants will receive details of the hygiene concept shortly before the event.
